What we need from you

Please provide the recipient’s name, occasion, key memories or details to include, preferred mood or genre, any phrases you would like included or avoided, and your required date.

Turnaround options

• Standard: 3–5 business days — included.
• Express: 2–4 business days — additional $20 AUD per creation, included in the selected variant price at checkout.
• Urgent: within 48 hours — additional $40 AUD per creation, subject to availability and written confirmation before ordering. Email sab@axtechco.com to arrange an urgent order and payment.

Timing starts after payment, receipt of the complete brief and any required scope confirmation. These timeframes cover the first completed version. Revisions, customer responses and approval may extend final delivery. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Confirmed urgent delivery means 48 actual hours, including weekends. Larger or unusually complex commissions may have a separately agreed timeframe and rush fee in the quote.

Delivery

This is a made-to-order digital product. No physical item will be shipped. Your finished file will be supplied electronically.

Important

Custom work begins after your brief is received. Minor revisions within the original brief are included; major changes, a new concept, or a substantially different version may require a new order or additional quote. Consumer guarantees and other rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

Package scope

One song based on one agreed story and musical direction. Confirm the target duration, audio format, pronunciation and intended use in your brief. Requests for a specific performer’s voice or a commercial licence must be discussed before ordering.

How to order

1. Enter your names, preferences, ideas and other requested details directly on this product page. Add reference files if useful.
2. Add your creation to the cart, review your personalisation details and complete checkout. Your brief is attached to your order automatically; no separate brief email is needed.
3. We review your order, clarify anything needed and send a preview to the email used at checkout.
4. After your approval and any included revision, we email your finished files to the email used at checkout.

This is made to order, not an instant download. Turnaround starts once payment, the complete brief and any required scope confirmation are received. Customer response times and revisions may extend the delivery date. For a fixed deadline, select Express or contact sab@axtechco.com to confirm urgent availability before ordering.

Revisions and delivery

One consolidated round of minor changes within the original brief is included. New concepts, extra versions or additional pages are quoted separately before any extra work is agreed. Digital delivery only: no printed item, device or other physical product is included. Gallery images are illustrative examples; your creation will be tailored to your brief.

Your information

Check the exact spelling of names and your brief before checkout. Only upload material you have permission to use. Avoid confidential documents or sensitive information that is not needed for the creation. For different recipients or ideas, add each personalised creation separately.

Custom orders, cancellations and revisions

Email sab@axtechco.com as soon as possible with your order number and exact changes. Before creative work starts, adjustments within your purchased package and agreed scope are normally welcome without an extra fee. After work starts, changes depend on the stage reached; after completion, additional work or a new commission may be needed. Wait for our written confirmation.

One consolidated round of minor revisions within the original brief remains included. Corrections to our errors and consumer-guarantee issues are free. Feasible limited changes beyond that allowance may incur a reasonable fee, with total limited-change fees capped at 30% of the original creation price, excluding Express or Urgent surcharges. This is not an automatic charge: we quote the exact scope, fee and timing and obtain your written approval first. Substantial rewrites, redesigns, new concepts or added pages need a separate project quote.

Before creative work starts, a change-of-mind cancellation receives a full refund, including unused rush fees. If work has started but is less than 50% complete, reasonable documented cancellation costs are capped at 20% of the original creation price, excluding rush surcharges; the actual deduction may be lower. At least 50% complete but unfinished: reasonable work and authorised non-recoverable costs are assessed on a previously disclosed and agreed basis. Completed work meeting the brief and ready for delivery has no change-of-mind refund, but we still supply your files and honour any remaining included revision. These rules do not limit Australian Consumer Law remedies.

Check names, spelling, dates, package limits, formats and turnaround before checkout. We confirm production commencement by email. If our delay misses an agreed Express or Urgent first-version deadline, we refund the relevant rush surcharge; other applicable remedies remain available.
