I’m a beginner with limited hands-on and client experience. My knowledge comes mainly from theory and coursework in my studies, and I’m still building my practical skills.

This session provides basic guidance on a task I have checked and agreed to help with. It does not replace specialist technical support, and I cannot guarantee that a task will be completed within the session.

I’ll be upfront about what I can confidently help with. If your request is beyond my current skills, I’ll tell you before starting so we can agree on a suitable scope or discuss another option.

Best for: For small business owners who need help using their content plan, Canva templates or a basic Wix draft, and want someone to walk through the process with them.

What is included

• A short written task check before booking, to confirm the request fits this service.
• One 60-minute remote session for one person, one business and one agreed task.
• Screen-sharing guidance for tasks such as editing a Canva template, updating Wix draft text or organising a content calendar.
• A written recap with steps completed, remaining tasks and relevant resource links, delivered within two business days.
• One follow-up email response to clarify the recap, if requested within seven calendar days.

What is outside this package

• Guaranteed completion of the task within the session, unlimited support or additional sessions.
• Hardware repair, data recovery, cybersecurity work, account recovery or specialist troubleshooting.
• Payment-provider setup, financial transactions, handling credentials or making sensitive account changes.
• Custom coding, complex integrations or ongoing account administration.

What we need from you

• A short description of the task, the platform and the result you want, sent before booking.
• A suitable computer, internet connection and access to your own accounts. You enter your own passwords and approve changes.

Delivery and timing

One online session and an emailed PDF or written recap. No recording is included.

Appointments are arranged after the task check. Choose an agreed available time; the purchase does not reserve an instant or same-day appointment.

Feedback and revisions

This is a timed guidance session rather than a design project. The included follow-up covers clarification of the written recap, not another session or new work.

Payment and next steps

One upfront payment for the package described. There is no subscription or ongoing retainer. Extra work requires a separate written scope and price before it starts.

Should I buy before checking the task?

Please send a short task description through the service enquiry form first. Once we confirm it fits and offer an available time, you can prepay the $99 session.

What if the task needs more time?

We prioritise the most useful steps within 60 minutes and explain what remains. Any extra session or separate work is agreed and paid for separately.

Do you take control of my accounts?

You remain in control. We guide you, and you enter passwords and approve any changes yourself.

Before you book

If your request is outside the package, we will discuss options before starting. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will arrange an appropriate refund or alternative with you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

Use only business details, images and brand assets you own or have permission to use. Check factual claims and approve final content before publishing. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences.
