My experience and what to expect

I’m a beginner with limited hands-on and client experience. My knowledge comes mainly from theory and coursework in my studies, and I’m still building my practical skills.

This package provides simple Canva templates using your existing branding. It does not include specialist graphic design, a full brand identity or advanced custom artwork.

I’ll be upfront about what I can confidently help with. If your request is beyond my current skills, I’ll tell you before starting so we can agree on a suitable scope or discuss another option.

Standard scope to discuss in your quote

• One business and one visual direction based on your existing brand.
• A written brief and one visual style preview for approval before the full set is built.
• Six distinct static-post templates at 1080 × 1350 pixels: service highlight, project showcase, helpful tip, FAQ, announcement and offer.
• Three matching story templates at 1080 × 1920 pixels: update, service reminder and question prompt.
• Nine editable Canva layouts in total, designed with Canva Free-compatible elements.
• One example PNG export of each layout, with sample text clearly identified for replacement.
• A short PDF guide explaining how to change text, replace images and export your designs.

What is outside this package

• Logo creation, a full brand identity, custom illustration, animation or video production.
• Finished monthly content, multiple sizes for every layout, extra template sets or platform scheduling.
• Paid fonts, paid stock licences or Canva Pro subscriptions.

What we need from you

• Your existing logo in a clear image file, brand colours and any font preferences.
• Your business details, three example posts you like and up to six owned or licensed photos, if you want photo layouts.

Delivery and timing

Editable Canva design links, nine sample PNG exports and a PDF usage guide. A free Canva account is required to edit the templates.

Target style preview: 3–5 business days; full set: 3–5 business days after style approval. Your confirmed schedule is agreed after the brief.

Feedback and revisions

One consolidated revision round on the style preview before production, plus one consolidated round of minor changes to the completed nine-layout set. A new visual direction after approval is outside scope.

Quote, agreement and upfront payment

Request a quote before booking. The inclusions below describe the standard scope we can discuss. Your written quote and Service Agreement & Project Brief confirm the final deliverables, exclusions, total AUD price, revisions, delivery method and estimated timing before you commit.

1. Send a service enquiry with your business details, goals, links, preferred deadline and budget range. Submitting an enquiry does not book work or commit you to payment.
2. We check the request against our current skills and availability, then send a fixed written quote and project brief if it is suitable.
3. Review and sign the agreed scope, including cancellation terms and any authorised costs, then pay the agreed amount upfront through the payment link provided.
4. Work starts after acceptance, payment, a complete brief and any required materials or access. We confirm the start and delivery schedule in writing.
5. Provide consolidated feedback within the included rounds, then receive the agreed files or handover.

There is no subscription or ongoing retainer. Extra deliverables, additional revision rounds or a new direction require a separate written quote and your approval before work starts. A requested deadline is subject to availability; missing information or delayed feedback may move the schedule.

Common questions

Can I reuse the templates?

Yes, for your own business’s content. You can edit and reuse the delivered layouts. Third-party fonts, images and design elements remain subject to their licence terms; resale as a template pack is not included.

Will these include my finished captions?

The templates include sample text for layout guidance. A month of tailored captions is covered by the Social Media Content Plan.

What if I do not have a logo?

We can use a simple text treatment of your business name. A new logo or full brand identity needs a separate brief.

Before you book

If your request is outside the package, we will discuss options before starting. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will arrange an appropriate refund or alternative with you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

Use only business details, images and brand assets you own or have permission to use. Check factual claims and approve final content before publishing. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences.

These are practical planning, design and guidance services. Sales, follower growth, rankings, enquiries and other business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Listing artwork is an illustrative mockup. Devices, printed books and other physical items are not included.
