Terms & Conditions

Clear answers, purchase information and support for your AX Tech Co experience.

Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Policy version: 2026-10-22.1

Business details: AX Tech Co. ABN: 38 959 238 667. Contact: sab@axtechco.com.

These terms apply to use of www.axtechco.com and purchases from AX Tech Co. Read them with the product listing, any accepted written quote and Service Agreement & Project Brief, our Refunds & Returns Policy, Delivery information and Privacy Policy. Contact sab@axtechco.com with questions.

Orders and product information

Read the description, package options, file formats, usage rights and turnaround before ordering. Personalised products are made to your brief; product examples illustrate the style and are not your finished personalised work. Draft or unavailable listings cannot be purchased.

Provide accurate contact details and information needed to complete your order. You must be legally able to enter the purchase agreement. If ordering for a child, a parent or guardian should place the order and give any required permission.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil it, need clarification, or identify an obvious pricing or listing error, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute materially different work or charge a changed price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will return the relevant payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars unless the store expressly displays another currency. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown before payment. We do not add unapproved charges after checkout.

Standard online orders are paid through the payment options available at checkout. PC builds and other quote-based projects require a written quote and agreed payment arrangements. A zero or placeholder catalogue price on a quote-only service does not make the work, a PC build or its components free and is not a final quotation. The current selected product price or accepted written quote determines your agreed payment; future price changes do not change an accepted order without agreement.

Your brief and custom creative work

Complete the required personalisation fields on the product page. Your brief is saved with the order. Work begins after payment, receipt of a complete brief and any necessary scope confirmation. We may contact you if the brief is incomplete or cannot be fulfilled as requested.

For standard personalised orders, we email a preview and include one consolidated round of minor revisions within the original brief, unless the listing or accepted quote states otherwise. After approval, we email the finished files to the checkout email address. Check spelling, names, dates and other details before approving a preview.

New concepts, extra pages, additional subjects and extra versions are outside the standard revision allowance. We will agree on the scope and price before doing additional work. Approval and revision allowances do not waive consumer guarantees.

Custom creation turnaround and delivery

  • Standard: 3–5 business days — included.
  • Express: 2–4 business days — additional $20 AUD per creation, included in the selected variant price at checkout.
  • Urgent: within 48 hours — additional $40 AUD per creation, subject to availability and written confirmation before ordering. Email sab@axtechco.com to arrange an urgent order and payment.

Timing starts after payment, receipt of the complete brief and any required scope confirmation. These timeframes cover the first completed version. Revisions, customer responses and approval may extend final delivery. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Confirmed urgent delivery means 48 actual hours, including weekends. Larger or unusually complex commissions may have a separately agreed timeframe and rush fee in the quote.

PC builds and other individually quoted services follow the timing and charges in the accepted quote.

Digital creations are supplied electronically; no physical item is included unless the listing or quote expressly says so. You are responsible for arranging printing where needed. Screen colours, printer settings and materials can affect the appearance of a printed file. Tell us promptly if a file or delivery email is missing or unusable.

Custom-order requirements and approval

Check the selected package and its page or word limits, formats, intended use and total price. Supply accurate names, spelling, dates, essential instructions, references you are authorised to use and any fixed deadline. We confirm the complete scope and production commencement by email. A receipt or place in the queue alone does not mean creative work has started.

A minor revision is a small wording, layout or colour adjustment within the agreed concept. Send one consolidated list identifying the relevant page, wording, image or audio section. Major rewrites, a new design or musical direction, additional subjects, pages or versions need a separate agreed quote. Correcting our own error or a failure of a consumer guarantee is separate from your preference revision allowance.

Approval records the preview version you accepted; it does not waive consumer rights. We assess an error introduced by us differently from information accurately copied from your brief. Silence is not approval. If a response or necessary permission is missing, we contact you and explain any pause or revised timing.

Changes, new ideas and additional information

We are happy to consider adjustments, new ideas or additional information before creative work starts. Email sab@axtechco.com as soon as possible with your order number and the exact changes. Changes within the purchased package and agreed scope are normally accepted without an extra fee at this stage. Extra pages, subjects or other expanded scope may require a revised quote. We confirm the updated brief and any effect on timing in writing.

Once production has started, whether a change is possible depends on the stage reached and the work involved. We may be unable to incorporate a new direction into work already created. After completion, further preference changes may require additional work or a new commission. Requesting a change does not mean it has been accepted; wait for our confirmation. Where a change cannot be accommodated, we explain the available options.

Your included minor revision remains included. The limits above do not remove the consolidated round of minor revisions within the original brief promised in your package. Corrections to our own errors and any work required to meet consumer guarantees are separate and do not attract an additional change fee.

For feasible, limited extra adjustments outside the included revision or original brief, we may quote a reasonable additional fee. Total fees for these limited changes are capped at 30% of the original creation price, excluding Express or Urgent surcharges. The fee reflects the extra work required; 30% is a ceiling, not an automatic charge. We state the exact amount, scope and revised timing and obtain your written agreement before doing or charging for extra work.

A substantial rewrite, redesign, new concept, extra pages or subjects, or a replacement creation may need a separate project quote rather than a limited adjustment. We make that distinction clear before you agree; we do not split one change request into multiple fees to bypass the cap. You may decline the quote and retain the original agreed scope, or request cancellation under the rules below. We do not add a fee simply because you raise a concern or insist that we correct a fault.

Custom cancellations: before and after work starts

For a change-of-mind cancellation, contact us promptly, preferably by email with your order number. Creative work means actual project work such as writing lyrics or text, developing a design or layout, creating illustrations or audio, or preparing your personalised pages. An order confirmation, queue reservation or elapsed time alone does not mean work has started or establish the percentage completed.

  • Before creative work starts: we provide a full refund for your custom digital creation, including an unused Express or Urgent surcharge.
  • Work started, less than 50% complete: any cancellation deduction is limited to reasonable, documented work and authorised non-recoverable costs actually incurred, capped at 20% of the original creation price, excluding rush surcharges. It may be less than 20%; it is not an automatic service fee. We explain the production stage and calculation. An unfulfilled rush surcharge is refunded.
  • At least 50% complete but unfinished: we assess reasonably completed work and separately authorised, non-recoverable costs using an amount or calculation basis disclosed and agreed beforehand. We take recovered or avoided costs into account and explain the production stage, work, agreed basis, costs and refundable balance in writing. No automatic percentage penalty or full-payment forfeiture applies.
  • Completed and ready for delivery or supplied: we do not offer a change-of-mind refund where the full agreed creation has been completed in accordance with the brief and is available for delivery. We still supply the agreed files and honour any remaining included revision. A new preference, recipient, occasion or concept may require an agreed additional-work quote. Actual faults and other consumer-guarantee remedies remain available.

We explain completion by reference to tasks and deliverables in your agreed brief, not simply the time since ordering. Any deduction must have a disclosed and agreed basis before the relevant work or expense and cannot exceed the relevant payment. These cancellation deductions are separate from optional change fees; no new change work is charged unless you authorised it. Statutory cancellation or refund rights are assessed separately and are not defeated by a work-start notice, a completion assessment or a cancellation charge.

If our delay causes us to miss the agreed first-version Express or Urgent deadline, we refund the relevant rush surcharge in addition to any other applicable remedy. See the Refunds & Returns Policy for revisions, faults, evidence and assessment.

Business & digital services: agreement and payment

I am a beginner with limited hands-on and client experience. My knowledge comes mainly from theory and coursework in my studies, and I am still building my practical skills. I offer basic services within the scope we agree, and will tell you before starting if a request is beyond my skills. This disclosure does not remove the obligation to provide the agreed service with due care and skill.

These services cover basic planning, content, Canva templates, an unpublished Wix website draft and guided help with an agreed task. A plan or proposal does not include implementation. Posting, filming, account management, a live launch, specialist technical support and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless expressly included in a suitable agreed scope. We do not promise sales, followers, search rankings or other business outcomes; this does not excuse failure to deliver the agreed service.

  1. Send a service enquiry. An enquiry does not book work or commit you to payment.
  2. We check suitability and availability and, if suitable, provide a fixed written quote and Service Agreement & Project Brief.
  3. Both parties accept the completed agreement, which records deliverables, exclusions, total AUD price including any applicable GST, timing, revision rounds, delivery, usage rights and cancellation calculations.
  4. Pay the agreed amount upfront through the invoice or payment link provided. Third-party costs require your separate written approval and an agreed maximum.
  5. Work starts after acceptance, payment, a complete brief, materials and authorised access are ready. We confirm the start in writing. A receipt or queue reservation alone does not mean work has started.

Business-service timing, feedback and changes

The written brief records start conditions, estimated draft and final dates, any expressly agreed fixed deadline, client materials and feedback dependencies. The 3–5 day Standard, 2–4 day Express and 48-hour Urgent options for custom creations do not automatically apply to business services. Missing materials or feedback can move the schedule; after reminders we may pause work and agree revised timing based on availability. Silence does not approve work or forfeit payment. If a delay cannot be resolved, cancellation is assessed under the Refunds & Returns Policy. Essential deadlines must be expressly accepted in writing.

Your quote and signed brief specify the included revision rounds, stage and feedback window. Each round means one consolidated feedback list from the authorised contact within the agreed direction. The action plan, content plan and website draft normally include one round; the template pack normally includes one style-preview round and one minor final round. Check the accepted scope for your project. Corrections to our errors or work required under consumer guarantees do not use up an included round or attract an extra fee.

Extra pages, platforms, templates, revision rounds or a new direction require an additional written scope, price and timing accepted before extra work starts. The 30% limited-change fee cap for custom creative orders is not an automatic charge or a default business-service fee.

Business-service delivery and usage rights

  • Digital Strategy & Action Plan: a proposal-style plan, supplied as PDF and editable DOCX, with the agreed handover.
  • 30-Day Social Media Content Plan: an XLSX calendar and PDF guidance. The standard scope is 12 core planned posts across 30 days, not 30 finished graphics or account management.
  • Branded Template Pack: editable Canva links, sample PNG exports and a PDF guide. A free Canva account is needed; third-party elements retain their licence conditions.
  • Website Draft Package: an unpublished, editable Wix draft and PDF handover checklist, plus the agreed walkthrough. Publishing, domains, paid plans, live forms and maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.

Files, private download links or handover instructions are sent to the agreed project email. Account access or transfer is agreed before work starts and uses authorised collaborator access where practical. The signed brief confirms quantities, formats, delivery route and any software requirements. These are prepared services, not instant downloads, printed products or ongoing retainers.

After full payment, business-service deliverables may be used for the agreed business purpose, and included editable files may be edited. Third-party assets, fonts, Canva elements and software keep their licence conditions. Exclusivity, resale rights and copyright transfer require an express agreement and are promised only where we can grant them. We will not publish your client name or project in a portfolio without separate permission.

Both parties keep the same completed agreement and listed attachments. Resolve conflicting terms in writing before signing; the project agreement cannot override mandatory consumer rights or more favourable customer commitments. Later website changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted project. Changes to scope, price or timing require both parties to agree in writing.

Business-project cancellation

  • Before actual project work starts: a full refund, including unused rush fees.
  • Started but less than 50% complete: reasonable, documented work and separately authorised non-recoverable costs actually incurred may be deducted, capped in total at 20% of the original agreed service fee excluding rush fees. This is a ceiling, not an automatic fee.
  • At least 50% complete but unfinished: the refundable balance is based on reasonable work completed and separately authorised non-recoverable costs, using the tasks, stages, rates or values and limits disclosed and agreed in the signed brief before the relevant work or expense. Recovered or avoided costs are taken into account. A blank calculation field does not authorise a retrospective rate or automatic forfeiture.
  • Completed as agreed and ready for handover or supplied: no change-of-mind refund is promised. We still supply the agreed deliverables, handover and remaining included revisions. Faults and consumer-law remedies are assessed separately.

Actual project work can include the agreed review, research, planning, writing, design or draft preparation. Enquiry handling, an order receipt, a queue reservation or elapsed time alone does not establish commencement or percentage completion. Completion is assessed against agreed tasks and deliverables. We explain the stage, calculation and refundable balance in writing. Deductions cannot exceed payment received; no cost is counted twice. Unused or unfulfilled rush fees are refunded.

If we cannot supply the agreed service, we explain the situation and refund the unsupplied work and unfulfilled rush service unless you freely agree to an alternative. Rights for a major or minor failure, including any appropriate refund, correction or compensation, remain available under Australian Consumer Law. A signature, beginner disclosure, preview approval or expired feedback window does not waive those rights.

Guided sessions: booking, delivery and cancellation

The guided session requires a task suitability check, an agreed available appointment and acceptance of the written scope and terms before upfront payment. The price shown in the listing is for one 60-minute remote session for one person, one business and one agreed task. A purchase alone does not reserve an instant appointment. You stay in control of accounts, enter passwords yourself and approve changes.

The service includes an emailed PDF or written recap within two business days and one clarification email response if requested within seven calendar days. It does not include a recording, another session, new work or a guarantee that the task will be completed within 60 minutes. This clarification window does not restrict consumer rights.

For a guided session, give at least 24 hours notice where practical. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment receives a full refund or an agreed reschedule. Late cancellation or a missed session is not an automatic forfeiture: any deduction must reflect a reasonable, documented loss, account for avoided costs or a replacement booking, and not exceed the session fee. If we cancel, you choose an available reschedule or a full refund. These change-of-mind terms do not restrict remedies for a faulty or undelivered service.

Using custom creation and study files

Custom creations and study files are supplied for personal use unless the listing or written agreement gives broader rights. The business-service usage rights above apply to business deliverables. You may keep a copy and print it for your own use, and share an invitation with its intended guests. You must not resell, redistribute as a template or downloadable product, or publicly offer the source files to others.

Commercial use, exclusivity, editable source files and any copyright assignment require a separate written agreement where available. Buying a file does not automatically transfer all intellectual-property rights. We may use AI-assisted tools in the creative process, and do not promise that every AI-assisted output qualifies for copyright protection or is exclusive. Any material usage restriction specific to a product will be disclosed before purchase.

Reference material and acceptable requests

Only provide material you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from people whose identifiable images, voices or personal details you submit, and from a parent or guardian for a child. Do not submit confidential records, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the order form.

We may decline requests involving unlawful content, infringement, deceptive impersonation or misuse of another person's personal information. If an order cannot proceed, we will explain the issue and deal with any payment fairly under the agreed scope and applicable law.

Study resources, where available

Study materials are independent supplementary resources for personal study. They are not official qualifications, do not replace prescribed teaching or texts, and do not guarantee marks or certification. Check the stated subject, edition and level against your course. Do not resell, publicly upload or distribute the files.

Fantech retail products

Fantech hardware is supplied as a physical product. Available delivery services, charges and estimated timing are explained in our Delivery information and at checkout or before ordering. Express transit estimates do not include processing time. For product problems or warranty enquiries, contact AX Tech Co first through Support & Warranty. We may coordinate assessment with Fantech or its distributor, while remaining responsible for our obligations as the seller under Australian Consumer Law. A manufacturer warranty is additional to those rights and does not replace them.

PC build services

An accepted quote defines the parts, labour, setup, testing, payment schedule, timing and handover arrangements. Parts substitutions or additional work require your agreement. Hardware warranties do not replace consumer guarantees.

Before work on an existing device, agree on access, backup and data-handling arrangements with us. Do not send passwords through the general enquiry form. Software installation requires appropriate licences and your authorisation. Any repair risks or notices required by law will be explained before repair work proceeds.

Cancellations, problems and consumer rights

Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains change-of-mind cancellations, digital orders and how to request help. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. We remain responsible for supplying the agreed goods or services with applicable consumer guarantees.

Privacy and communication

We use order information to fulfil purchases and provide support as described in the Privacy Policy. We communicate about your order using the details you supply. Marketing messages are separate from necessary order communication, and you can unsubscribe from marketing.

Changes and concerns

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order unless you agree to a change. If you have a concern, email sab@axtechco.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you using an available consumer complaint process or legal remedy. Applicable mandatory laws continue to apply.
