Find answers below for business and digital services, custom creations, study resources and PC builds. Each listing or accepted agreement confirms the scope for your order.
How do I book a business or digital service?
Send a service enquiry first. We check skills and availability, then provide a fixed written quote and Service Agreement & Project Brief if suitable. Both parties accept the completed brief before upfront payment. An enquiry is not a booking. The four project services are quoted individually; a zero catalogue placeholder is not an offer of free work.
What experience should I expect?
I am a beginner with limited hands-on and client experience. My knowledge comes mainly from theory and coursework in my studies, and I am still building my practical skills. I offer basic services within the scope we agree, and will tell you before starting if a request is beyond my skills. This disclosure does not remove the obligation to provide the agreed service with due care and skill.
When does business-service work start?
After the agreed scope is accepted, payment is received, and the complete brief, materials and authorised access are ready. We confirm the start in writing. The brief records the schedule; custom creation rush options do not automatically apply to these projects.
What will I receive?
- Digital Strategy & Action Plan: a proposal-style plan, supplied as PDF and editable DOCX, with the agreed handover.
- 30-Day Social Media Content Plan: an XLSX calendar and PDF guidance. The standard scope is 12 core planned posts across 30 days, not 30 finished graphics or account management.
- Branded Template Pack: editable Canva links, sample PNG exports and a PDF guide. A free Canva account is needed; third-party elements retain their licence conditions.
- Website Draft Package: an unpublished, editable Wix draft and PDF handover checklist, plus the agreed walkthrough. Publishing, domains, paid plans, live forms and maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.
Files, private download links or handover instructions are sent to the agreed project email. Account access or transfer is agreed before work starts and uses authorised collaborator access where practical. The signed brief confirms quantities, formats, delivery route and any software requirements. These are prepared services, not instant downloads, printed products or ongoing retainers.
How many revisions are included?
Your quote and signed brief specify the included revision rounds, stage and feedback window. Each round means one consolidated feedback list from the authorised contact within the agreed direction. The action plan, content plan and website draft normally include one round; the template pack normally includes one style-preview round and one minor final round. Check the accepted scope for your project. Corrections to our errors or work required under consumer guarantees do not use up an included round or attract an extra fee.
Extra pages, platforms, templates, revision rounds or a new direction require an additional written scope, price and timing accepted before extra work starts. The 30% limited-change fee cap for custom creative orders is not an automatic charge or a default business-service fee.
What if my feedback or materials are late?
The written brief records start conditions, estimated draft and final dates, any expressly agreed fixed deadline, client materials and feedback dependencies. The 3–5 day Standard, 2–4 day Express and 48-hour Urgent options for custom creations do not automatically apply to business services. Missing materials or feedback can move the schedule; after reminders we may pause work and agree revised timing based on availability. Silence does not approve work or forfeit payment. If a delay cannot be resolved, cancellation is assessed under the Refunds & Returns Policy. Essential deadlines must be expressly accepted in writing.
Can I cancel a business-service project?
Before actual work starts, a full refund applies. Below 50% completion, reasonable documented work and authorised non-recoverable costs are capped in total at 20% of the original service fee excluding rush fees. At 50% or more but unfinished, the calculation agreed in the signed brief applies to reasonable completed work and authorised non-recoverable costs, allowing for avoided or recovered costs. Completed work supplied as agreed has no promised change-of-mind refund; deliverables, handover, included revisions and consumer rights remain. See the full cancellation terms.
How does the guided session work?
The guided session requires a task suitability check, an agreed available appointment and acceptance of the written scope and terms before upfront payment. The price shown in the listing is for one 60-minute remote session for one person, one business and one agreed task. A purchase alone does not reserve an instant appointment. You stay in control of accounts, enter passwords yourself and approve changes.
The service includes an emailed PDF or written recap within two business days and one clarification email response if requested within seven calendar days. It does not include a recording, another session, new work or a guarantee that the task will be completed within 60 minutes. This clarification window does not restrict consumer rights.
For a guided session, give at least 24 hours notice where practical. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment receives a full refund or an agreed reschedule. Late cancellation or a missed session is not an automatic forfeiture: any deduction must reflect a reasonable, documented loss, account for avoided costs or a replacement booking, and not exceed the session fee. If we cancel, you choose an available reschedule or a full refund. These change-of-mind terms do not restrict remedies for a faulty or undelivered service.
Can I use business deliverables commercially?
Yes, for the business purpose recorded in the agreement after full payment. Included editable files can be edited. Third-party licence conditions still apply; exclusivity, resale or copyright transfer require an express agreement. We seek separate permission before using your work in a portfolio.
Are results guaranteed?
These services cover basic planning, content, Canva templates, an unpublished Wix website draft and guided help with an agreed task. A plan or proposal does not include implementation. Posting, filming, account management, a live launch, specialist technical support and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless expressly included in a suitable agreed scope. We do not promise sales, followers, search rankings or other business outcomes; this does not excuse failure to deliver the agreed service.
Custom creations, study resources and PC builds
Are these physical products?
Fantech hardware is supplied as a physical product. Custom Creations and study resources are digital files, so no printed item is shipped for those listings. PC builds are arranged through a separate quote.
How long does Fantech delivery take?
Standard delivery costs $15 AUD and is estimated at 4–7 business days after dispatch. Express costs $30 AUD and is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch, where offered. Processing time is additional. Location and carrier delays can affect timing; see Delivery information.
How do I get help with a Fantech product?
Use Support & Warranty or email sab@axtechco.com. Contact AX Tech Co before returning an item. We can coordinate with Fantech or its distributor where appropriate, while remaining responsible for your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Is custom creation delivery instant?
No. Custom creations are made to order. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after payment, receipt of a complete brief and any required scope confirmation. This covers the first completed version; revisions and approval may take additional time.
How do I submit a custom creation brief?
Complete the fields on the product page before adding to cart. Your answers and optional reference files are saved with your order. Add different recipients or ideas as separate personalised items.
Can I preview my custom creation and request changes?
Yes. We email a preview before final delivery. One consolidated round of minor changes within your original brief is included. New concepts, additional pages or extra versions require an agreed quote.
Can I choose faster delivery for custom creations?
- Standard: 3–5 business days — included.
- Express: 2–4 business days — additional $20 AUD per creation, included in the selected variant price at checkout.
- Urgent: within 48 hours — additional $40 AUD per creation, subject to availability and written confirmation before ordering. Email sab@axtechco.com to arrange an urgent order and payment.
Timing starts after payment, receipt of the complete brief and any required scope confirmation. These timeframes cover the first completed version. Revisions, customer responses and approval may extend final delivery. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Confirmed urgent delivery means 48 actual hours, including weekends. Larger or unusually complex commissions may have a separately agreed timeframe and rush fee in the quote.
Are custom creations made using AI?
AI-assisted tools may be used in the creative process. Do not supply unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. Where identifiable personal material needs a third-party creative service, we will explain the provider and purpose and obtain any necessary consent before using it. Gallery images are illustrative examples.
Can I use a custom creation commercially?
Standard orders include personal use unless the listing states otherwise. Commercial use, exclusivity and transfer of rights must be agreed before ordering. Third-party tools and material may have separate licence conditions.
What do the book packages mean?
Choose the package that covers your requirements. Page and word limits are maximums, not a guaranteed exact length. The cover is additional. Read each listing for the applicable limits and formats.
Can I buy study guides now?
Some study guides are available and others are still in development. Check each listing for its current availability, contents, edition, file format and delivery method. A guide marked coming soon cannot be ordered. They are independent supplementary resources, not official qualifications or guarantees of academic results.
How do I arrange a PC build?
Use the PC Build Service page to request a quote. Include your budget, intended use and any parts you already own.
Can I cancel a custom creation?
Before creative work starts, we provide a full refund for your custom digital creation, including an unused rush surcharge. If work has started but is less than 50% complete, reasonable, documented work and authorised non-recoverable costs may be deducted, capped at 20% of the creation price excluding rush surcharges. This is not an automatic fee. At 50% or more but unfinished, deductions use a previously agreed, reasonable basis and we explain the refundable balance. Completed work meeting the brief and ready for delivery is not refundable for change of mind; agreed files and remaining included revisions are still supplied. Faults and consumer rights are assessed separately. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Can I change my brief or add new ideas?
Email sab@axtechco.com as soon as possible. Before production starts, changes within the purchased scope are normally welcome without an extra fee. After production starts, what can be changed depends on the stage reached; completed work may require extra work or a new commission. The included minor revision remains free. Limited extra adjustments may attract quoted fees totalling up to 30% of the original creation price excluding rush surcharges, agreed in writing before proceeding. Major new work needs a separate quote; correcting our faults is not charged as an optional change.
Does a revision fix an error?
Your included round covers minor preference changes within the original brief. Correcting our errors or another failure of a consumer guarantee is separate and does not automatically consume that allowance or attract an extra fee. Approval does not waive consumer rights.
What happens if rush delivery is late?
If our delay causes us to miss the agreed first-version Express or Urgent deadline, we refund that rush surcharge. Other applicable remedies remain available. We explain revised timing where missing information, permission or scope changes affect the deadline.
What if there is a problem?
Email sab@axtechco.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, the issue, relevant examples or error details where available, and the outcome you are seeking. Our Refunds & Returns Policy gives the full checklist. Revision allowances do not restrict remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
