A custom PC should suit the way you use it. AX Tech Co helps you plan a build around your budget, your preferred software and the performance you need for gaming, study, work or everyday use.
What your build can include

- Advice on upgrading an existing computer or reusing suitable parts.
Tell us about your setup
Include your budget in AUD, main uses, games or software, any parts you already own and whether you need a monitor or other peripherals. If you have a preferred case size, appearance or target date, mention that too.
A quote before you commit
The written quote confirms the proposed parts, sourcing arrangements, labour, included setup and testing, estimated timing, payment arrangements and handover or delivery options. Parts availability and prices can change, so the final configuration is agreed before work proceeds.
Setup, handover and support
Software installation and licences, use of existing components, data-handling needs and collection or delivery arrangements are discussed as part of the quote. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive files through the enquiry form.

Cancellations and fault support
Before accepting your quote, check the proposed parts, deposit and payment stages, completed-labour rates or cancellation calculation, separately authorised sourcing costs, and return arrangements. Any change-of-mind deduction must follow the agreed reasonable basis; deposits are not automatically forfeited. Manufacturer warranties supplement our responsibilities and your consumer rights.
