Corrections to our errors and consumer-guarantee issues are free. This is not an automatic charge: we quote the exact scope, fee and timing and obtain your written approval first. Substantial rewrites, redesigns, new concepts or added pages need a separate project quote.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBefore creative work starts, a change-of-mind cancellation receives a full refund, including unused rush fees. If work has started but is less than 50% complete, reasonable documented cancellation costs are capped at \u003cstrong\u003e20% of the original creation price, excluding rush surcharges\u003c\/strong\u003e; the actual deduction may be lower. At least 50% complete but unfinished: reasonable work and authorised non-recoverable costs are assessed on a previously disclosed and agreed basis. Completed work meeting the brief and ready for delivery has no change-of-mind refund, but we still supply your files and honour any remaining included revision.
